			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I may be getting closer to those old Halloween 2k6 videos on myspace that still look really well after being re-encoded when uploaded.</p>
<p>These latest experiments went something like this:    <br />1) Original recording is in QT H264     <br />2) Export from QT pro as NTSC AVI (with audio volume adjusted)     <br />3) Edit, adjust, add watermark in Virtual Dub.     <br />4) Export from Virtual Dub as MS-MPEG4 V2, Key every 150, 90% crisp, Data 3000. Audio @ 48kbs MP3</p>
