Created:<\/strong> Jan 2012.\u00a0Materials:<\/strong>\u00a0Watercolors, Colour pencils, watercolor paper, inkjet print mounted on media board.\u00a0Classified as a “45” because the dimensions of the paper reminded me of 45 record sleeves. size:<\/strong>\u00a08.25″ x 8″<\/p>\n

This is the second “45” I did as I liked the first one so much I thought I’d try another! This one has a lot more watercolor “tightness” to it, some colour pencils and since that just didn’t seem like enough, I added this inkjet print cut-out character (which is a vector version of one of my doodles).<\/p>\n

I actually like how the matte medium “bleed” the inkjet print of the character, kind of gave everything a unified look and brought out some depth to the watercolors.<\/p>\n
