A little over four months ago, Joseph Gray, Jacob Stone, T.J. Davis, Jen Domeier (Tasara), Jonathan Womack, and myself formed a VJ/Visualist artist collective called VIDEA.
Since then, we have been selected to participate in the City of Seattle’s HOLDING PATTERNS project where we will be developing large-scale video mapping projections to be performed on empty/abandoned buildings and lots in Seattle, as well as the City of Seattle’s STORE FRONT initiative where we will actually be occupying an empty space in downtown Seattle and setting up a gallery/studio/performance/retail space devoted to the art of live visuals, starting this Fall!
It’s all very exciting and I am so happy to be working with such a talented group of people. Moving mountains, takes many hands.
